In case you wish to enroll for MULTIPLE CAMPS in the SAME BATCH, please submit all selections in one Enrolment Form only

Please register with your PERSONAL EMAIL ID – all Camp related information will be communicated primarily through email

Past campers are requested NOT TO REPEAT previously attended Camps

Please ensure CLASS ELIGIBILITY for all chosen Camps

Batch dates and camp-timings are non-negotiable – please ensure that your chosen Camps are not coinciding

All Forms will be scrutinized for class-eligibility and enrolment will be confirmed on FIRST-COME-FIRST- SERVED basis, subject to availability of seats

Confirmed enrolments will be UPLOADED on the BITM webpage (www.bitm.gov.in/science-camp-2023) and will also be intimated via an email, detailing the date and online payment link of camp-fees.
CERTIFICATES will be awarded to all Camp participants at the end of the Camp session
Camp fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances
Submission of Enrolment Form DOES NOT entitle student for final registration.
Registration will be complete only after SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT of Camp fees, within due date.
Entries which do not meet the brief may be voided at BITM’s discretion.
